2. Development stage of my country’s test fixture industry
The first stage: all outsourcing from 1980 to 1989
At that time, Chinese electronics factories were mainly foreign-funded enterprises, and their supporting tooling and fixtures were imported from abroad. They were relatively expensive, had long delivery times, and had poor after-sales service, which often affected the production of electronics factories.

The second stage: small-scale trial production from 1989 to 1992
In the 1990s, with the development of industrial production in my country's coastal areas, especially the gradual increase in the number of Taiwan-funded enterprises, American-funded enterprises, and Japanese-funded enterprises, these enterprises began to import tooling and fixture production technology from abroad in order to avoid the embarrassing phenomenon in the first stage. Bring it to China, set up supporting workshops in your own factory, recruit a group of Chinese employees, and start producing simple tooling and fixture products.

The third stage: from 1992 to 2000, Chinese enterprises began trial production. At this stage, after the technical personnel of the original foreign-funded enterprises learned the process technology of tooling and fixtures, they left their jobs and started their own businesses. They started small tooling and fixture companies and started their business in China. The development of the tooling and fixture industry has seized the "golden period". Currently, these companies are the leaders in China's tooling and fixture industry.

Especially in the late 1990s, the emergence of professional CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD, pro/g, MasterCAM, UG, Cimatron, etc., was used for product design, jig design, and mold design, speeding up the development of jig, fixture, and mold design. The speed of mold development also ensures the quality of fixtures. The emergence of CNC machining technology makes it possible to process complex fixtures, realizes an integrated process of design and manufacturing, and accelerates the development and construction of tooling fixtures.

The fourth stage: 2000-2009
